California thieves exit Lamborghini to steal catalytic converter, police say

Some thieves in California are cruising around in a fancy, expensive car, officials said Thursday. Video footage obtained by police in Torrance, a city in the Los Angeles metro area, appears to show four people jumping out of a yellow Lamborghini Urus with black rims to steal a catalytic converter from a van at 4 a.m. on Wednesday. The Torrance Police Department said the incident occurred on the 3800 block of 184th Street and is asking anyone with information to contact them at (310) 618-5570. The car's model year was not shared, but the base model price starts at $230,000, according to Car and Driver.
